It will not only help trim off unwanted pounds, but it will bring more energy into your life by awakening the energy within you and make you feel good about being feminine not frail. This is a good way to increase your cardiovascular workout and is perfect for every body type and weight and age.

We are currently registering for beginner, intermediate and advanced classes in belly dancing.

Beginner belly dance classes - New Beginner A classes will start on Wednesday, March 31st at 7 PM. Only a few spots left. Don't miss your chance.

Tai Chi

Want to stretch and relax all at the same time???? Try tai chi!!!! Classes are on Wednesday's at 6PM. First Class is free so come check it out. December and January introductory special cost is $40 per month for non-Visions of the Nile Students or $35 if you are a current student. Check out Joe or learn more about tai chi.
